We ship two USB drives to facilitate the guarantee, one USB Drive is customized with your information and to your state if you select a State Specific Package. This USB Drive contains a tamper proof seal that must remain intact for a refund. The second USB Drive contains an example set of documents for you to review that are protected from copying and printing via a password. However, the customized state specific USB Drive is not encrypted or password protected.

If you decide you want a full refund ,simply contact us via phone or email and return the documents via FedEx or UPS and contact us with the tracking number. Must be return shipped within 7 days of recieving the USB Drive's. When we receive both CDs and the tamper proof seal is intact on the customized USB Drive, we issue a full refund. Return shipping not included.

If you order a hardcopy version we ship the printed documents after you have reviewed the USB Drive.

 

Pass the state Survey with our State Specific documents or receive a full refund. We are so confident in our documents that if you fail your state survey solely due to our documents you will receive a full refund. Desk reviews do not qualify for refunds. Failed state surveys are defined as not being given an opportunity to provide a plan of correction instead you must reapply for licensure and resubmit the application fee.
