The applicant should also verify local zoning, lease, homeowners- association, privacy, record-storage, business-license, and local government requirements before using a residence.

Pennsylvania does not recognize branch offices for Home Care Agencies. Each additional physical location must be separately licensed and requires a separate application and application fee.
