A Virginia HCO licensed to provide personal care may provide nonskilled services in support of a client's health and safety at home. These may include:

• Assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, bowel or bladder care, and eating or feeding.

• Administration of normally self-administered medications when permitted by Virginia law and the client's plan of services.
